10//9/06 Our apologies for the fluctuating (spelling?) changes on the site. They are supposed to be more regular but what with the daily stresses of a new job (having to learn it all) and with the Webmistress' father being in the hospital since Friday morning to the present, well things have been a bit drained here. So we apologize for the lack of consistent updates and promise that things will be back to normal within the next few days. So thank you for your continuing patience and be on the look-out for new pages, updates and new videos to come shortly!
9/29/06 New Featured Director Videos are up! We've got some really zany ones for ya this week! Be sure to check them out as well as some Director Videos by DC's own DClugi, very cool and VERY funny! Also, we are hoping to announce next week's Featured Artist at any time now so keep your pages refreshed regularly! As soon as we find out, you'll find out!

9/19/06 New stuff! We have a new Featured Artist page in the works to launch hopefully by tonight or tomorrow night. Our newest is The Vita Ruins, based right here out of DC and we're really excited about this. Gonna be really cool, hope you all will come and check it out when it launches. Also new and raging across the YouTube front pages, yours' included, is "Jesus Camp", a new documentary movie is coming out on this real camp and things are seeming a bit scary now. Be sure to check out the link and upcoming article that HotTube will be bringing to you on this subject. This page is also expected to launch at the same time as our Featured Artist page. And we are still trying to get all the kinks worked out in our Featured YouTuber area, once again, patience is a virtue! More later as it occurs.
9/14/06 Whew! Heard anything about LonelyGirl lately? Lol, Well we are finally back up and running at 100%...well make that 85%. We're still experiencing a few glitches, especially if you are using Mozilla or Firefox to view the site. These include the graphics being misplaced on the page(s) and the music not being able to play. So if you have IE as well as Firefox & Mozilla, we advise you to use that for the time being until we can get HotTube compatible with all browsers.
We're also having a few problems with the main part of the forum, some categories need to be reorgainized and placed differently, and last weekend we had a glitch with the company who provides the forum to us and lost some members. So if you were deleted in the mess, we sincerely apologize and encourage you to join again. Thanks! Other than that, we are in the process of getting the YouTuber page down pact, it has taken longer than we had originally planned but hopefully that will all be ammended soon. Also, there are new videos for you to take a look at, Director & Music videos. We've got some really cool ones for you this week and the next few coming so be sure to stay on top of that, and if not, be sure to keep an eye out for the next newsletter which will give you a briefing on all of that good stuff. 9/6/06 Sorry for the lack of updates for the past week, been pretty busy over on this end of the Internet. A bit of a lot going on right now, the Webmistress is going through a job switch right now so that's thrown everything a bit off, thus this is the result. What's new........ New videos posted today!!! Check em out along with the new Director Videos. Check out our new Daily Rant located on the
Home page. So be sure to go and post your Daily Rant for today and come back and do it everyday! Whatever, do it to your heart's content. Also new, our fav Crock Hunter died on Monday and there isn't a single person on the planet, unless you are dead of course (no pun intended), who hasn't heard about it in some fashion. EVERYONE is talking about it! Crickie! Also new on HotTube, our Forum is finally gathering speed, be sure to come and join us there. Anndddddd..... we're planning on announcing the next Featured Artist within the next couple of days. Would be today but the Webmistress is getting ready to leave for a couple of days for vacation purposes, and will not have ready access to the Internet, thus things will be at a stand still with her until Sunday. So I guess that's when we'll announce the next Feat. Artist. Also new, and shame on this writer for not remembering sooner, our first Featured Artist (painter) page will also be up and running on Sunday, we are quite excited about that indeed! And hopefully we should have the long awaited Featured YouTuber page up by then as well, let's keep our fingers crossed! Until then, or until something else occurs, Cheers!
P.S. The reason for the music not playing has been figured out, apparently the storage area where the songs are filed has gone over it's monthly bandwidth so now they aren't working. But that is only for the time being! The songs shall be playing again by the 9th, this coming Saturday. Thanks for your patience!

8/28/06 All is well in the world of the HotTube finally. We've now got a Featured Artist lined up for this week, apologies for the delay. We are planning on having that page up by late tonight, early tomorrow. Some new features are being cooked up this week so be watching for more additions. And don't forget to check out the new videos that we have up! They are really worth checking out. Also in the works is a rather exciting surprise which we here at HotTube will be announcing later this week, most likely on Friday. Hope your weekends went well and here's to a cheerful Monday! 8/27/06 Well, now it seems that some things are back on track. This past week has backed up a lot of plans for the site, and so things have been hectic this weekend. The planned Featured Artist that was to launch TODAY has not gotten in touch with me, thus leaving me at a loss. Yes, the Webmistress is not happy at all, not one bit! You can't be a professional band if you aren't going to return messages that are left for you when it comes to publicity. So, let that be a lesson! Her wrath shall be exacted! Anyways, all of the songs on the site are now working properly, our apologies for the mess up. Also the planned Featured YouTuber page has been pushed back to this coming Saturday, at which time it will launch then. So in the meantime, keep those votes coming! We are also accepting applicants for our Affiliates page. If you really enjoy the site and would like your name/company attached to it, drop us an email! You can also join our forum where we have more advertising opportunities there as well. Anything else? Did I leave anything out Webmistress? She is shaking her head no but there is a slight look of confusion on her face, so let's leave it at a maybe for the time being. If there is anything that has been left out, it will be added in later today.

8/25/06 Domain name acquired!! Big, huge, gigantic news! Yes, we are quite happy here at HotTube now that the domain name has been acquired. Now it will be easier for ppl to find us! Hurray! Today's updates include a new Featured Artist (to be announced later this evening), new Featured Videos, new Featured Director's Videos, and our first Featured YouTuber. Wow! So much going on, I hope you all are keeping up with us! And if not then join the mailing list and we'll keep you abreast that way of what is happening here at HotTube.
